We will guide you in learning Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures, and general service guidelines and resources: everything you need to diagnose and repair Apple computers. We combine lecture, demonstration, and hands-on lab exercises to prepare you for certification as Apple hardware service technicians The class also provides an intensive, in-depth exploration of troubleshooting OS X and isolating a hardware issue. This class is specifically geared towards Apple Authorized Service Providers and Apple Self-Supporting organizations, and is designed to give you the best methods for effectively supporting users of OS X systems.
